You can’t be successful with selfish kids. You can’t successful with kids that won’t work hard to implement those principles and philosophies. Everybody wants the same thing but coaches have to set that foundation and hold that standard in their programs. My two cents (2/2)

I’ve been coaching for a while at the high school and AAU level. One thing I’ve noticed is that coaches have a lot of the same principles and philosophies (or similar) one of the main factors between success or not is culture. Gotta get kids to buy into what you're selling (1/2)
