Rep. Elise Stefanik has filed a complaint alleging judicial misconduct by a federal judge who has overseen various Jan. 6-related cases. nbcnews.com/politics/congr…
@NBCNews @EliseStefanik A jury already determined Trump a sex predator and liar. A judge determined him a civil fraud. A jury convicted his company of criminal fraud. His charity was adjudicated a fraud. All in courts of law. All after a full presentation of the evidence. All after a full defense.
@NBCNews I hope Stefanik is arrested for doing that
@NBCNews "As district court judges, we are all about the facts" Yet there were people convicted who didn't even enter the building, and the coo who killed Ashley is walking free , but is all about facts
@NBCNews When Rep Elise Stefanik filed this complaints the judges did various versions of misconduct
@NBCNews I resume and suspect that this may end up an academic jurisprudence and judges are made to be more circumspect
Unpopular opinion perhaps, but it's refreshing to see figures like Rep. Elise Stefanik actively striving for accountability in our judiciary system. This stands as a firm reminder of unresolved aspects of the Jan. 6 incidents. But isn't it also crucial that we question the credibility of those who influence decisions as prominent as these?
