We’re planning one of our biggest feats ever – bringing Mars samples to Earth – and you can play a part. We're looking for your feedback on Mars Sample Return in a series of in-person meetings. Find details and updated meeting locations here: go.nasa.gov/3gniufj
@NASA Pay to send a Starship to Mars and have an astronaut dig up a sample. Would be cheaper and faster than the NASA plan, imo.
@NASA I have a question NASA, and I can’t seem to find the answer. How far from the Martian surface to the “Kármán line” of Mars?
@NASA how about the dust off of the rovers solar panels?
@NASA Ummm... Bringing samples of Mars back to Earth sounds like the beginning of a horrifying the end of Life as we know It on Earth kind of movie. So maybe don't do that?
@NASA In other words, COVID-19 will eventually pass the baton to MARS-29.
@NASA I've always thought it would be cool to just create an explosion on the surface and collect the debris from orbit.
