No one wants to hear “Joe Biden has done more on marijuana than any other president.” He also did the 1994 crime bill and a variety of other tough-on-crime bills that criminalized non-violent drug offenders. Biden isn’t doing nearly enough. He’s doing the bare minimum.
I’m a hospital PT. Was just listening to a case manager whine about “everyone is on marijuana now” and “it doesn’t cure anything.” Unbelievable. The vast majority of big pharma meds don’t cure anything either. And you never hear anyone complain about it.
Huh. Nicotine patches, gums, lozenges, evidently, are harmful, and increase risk of cancer. I suggest Dr. William Klepack should check his quotes and wording of propaganda before releasing statements. You know - be more specific in and with the lie(s).

If there’s a black market, it’s not really legal. There’s nothing remotely complicated about this at all. Federal prohibition, high taxes, licensing caps and costs, barriers to market participation all contribute to black market issues. “Legalization” is not the problem.

SCOTUS is the only branch I have any faith in with respect to cannabis. SAFER and CAOA are garbage. Schedule III is garbage. We need SCOTUS to weigh in on the constitutionality of federal cannabis prohibition.
@PLegalization It doesn’t. In fact it could cause significant regulatory issues for the industry as cannabis would now fall under FDA regulatory guidelines.
@PLegalization After reading the DEA explanation of each category, cannabis isn't even a schedule V drug. It's an herbal health supplement skin to St John's Wort, Melatonin etc and should be treated as such
@WeedStreet420 You are assuming that. Why assume that? It’s a big assumption. We’re talking about DEA here… They aren’t enforcing schedule I because they know they’re going to change it. Why would they not enforce what they change it to?
How does “recreational marijuana” aka marijuana sold OTC work if it’s federally grouped as schedule III? You are required to get a prescription to legally acquire schedule III drugs.

I saw another article that calls infliximab “advanced” and pits it against efficacy of “conventional” treatments. At what point does the use of a drug approved in 1998 for Crohn’s stop being considered unusual or advanced?

Christianity was never about doing good works, helping the poor etc. That’s a post 1960s hippy world view. It was always about the hierarchy and the authoritarianism. It’s about putting you in your place. If you don’t know this, I don’t think you understand Christianity.
@PLegalization Drug testing in general is a gross violation of human rights. Grown adults, being forced to urinate in cups in full view of another adult, so that they can perform mass spectronomy on their urine, just to ascertain what they've been up to in their free time. This is the dystopia…
