@neilturn @mgtmccartney @UKKidney Although a kidney specialist told me years ago to drink when I was thirsty, #hydrationbollocks made me fear that drinking mainly cups of tea with very little plain water was bad. Totally in awe of the dignity of Mina Smallman in her interviews following the trial of the killer of her two daughters and her decision to forgive him so he has no power in her family's lives. I hope she will see some good come out of the horror, as is her wish.

@RateSetter Has the payment processing issue definitely been fixed now? I really would urge you to be proactive and inform customers asap if the problem is ongoing. It is hugely worrying for many of us still waiting for our money to be returned to us.

@Moneybox Sat on hold for 1.5 hours waiting for Audi Finance yesterday. Operative told me I would be responsible for my car after the agreement ends until it's collected but he said I could still drive it in the meantime as I'll still be insuring, taxing it etc. Confused now!

@KayBurley I'm always irritated by presenters and reporters breaking off from their reports to shout at ministers who rarely reply and breaking away from down the line interviews to shout at ministers did seem unnecessary and disrespectful. I hope the interviewees had at least been warned!

Thanks @OrstedUK for the insights into the rebrand from Dong Energy to Ørsted as they shifted their focus to green energy. Rebrands can be disastrous, but they've made it work, even though it's a Danish name people outside of Denmark struggle to pronounce. #clbrandevent

I’m normally a compassionate person, but found myself this week with very little sympathy for weeping Australian cricket cheats and ISIL terrorists bleating about not getting a fair trial. Sometimes in this life, you get what you deserve!
