@ShopifySupport I’m fuming because I’m now not able to charge vat to my eu customers which is presently ILLEGAL and I’ve charged a whole load of customers tax on their shipping when I shouldn’t. I could cry

@ShopifySupport Omg what have you done to settings!! Suddenly I’m not collecting VAT on areas I was before and now you’re charging tax on shipping which you shouldn’t!! URGENT HELP NEEDED

@ShopifySupport I’ve noticed when I’ve gone to do my accounts and my VAT didn’t tie up and I had a line charging vat on shipping which I don’t, it’s been since your stupid new brexit settings banner appeared

@ShopifySupport I’m using envy, all I’ve done is publish an updated theme file. I want to change “place your order” button at cart stage to “checkout now” and at checkout stage I need tax to be called VAT. All things that are changed within the checkout language settings.

@RoyalMailHelp I sent a parcel to New Zealand using your tracked service 28 days ago and it hasn’t arrived. No tracking since it left Heathrow. Is there a way of tracing it?

@york_travel I would probably concur, we were stuck in the initial build up around an hour ago and turned around. Air ambulance was just arriving when we left, hope all involved in the accident are ok. I’m just trying to find info on how long closure may last
