@MissThompson314 I mean, I put it on quite high and most feeling went whilst wearing it (and for up for 20ish minutes after depending on how long I had it on for)! I was planning on wearing when I went back to school etc but it makes a bit of a buzzing noise 🤣

@MissThompson314 I managed to slip 2 discs at the same time and had sciatica as a result! Its awful isn't it! On top of painkillers (have you been prescribed anything like gabapentin?), I alternated hot/cold packs and purchased a tens machine and a 'back brace' to wear when getting around!
