Another round through the Batch Box. Has shortened the feeding day by about 2 hrs and let us cut down to using one feed tractor for the majority of the day.
The treasures from Vac Truck Day. Pic 1 was from auto scrapper system. Pic 2 is from old pit that everything is pushed with a Bobcat. And yes, that is an entire F'n freestall loop.
Last time we fully cleaned out the pits in the barns was Dec of 2019. Vac truck will be here shortly. I'll post the pile of treasures later😁
If the old timey saying for March this year was "In like a Lion, out like a bigger angrier Lion", then what is the April saying? I'm thinking "Snow before rain, I'd rather be eaten by a Bear on cocaine."

Moral of my rambling I guess is what sucks in ag is you are never “allowed” to quit. I think I deserve to quit. I think my crew deserves a life. They were as loyal as loyal could be. It was my dream to start. Not theirs. They deserve a life.
