It takes 300 reps to ingrain a movement pattern. That's why form must be correct, b/c it takes 3 - 5,000 good reps to break a bad pattern.
Tip for trainers: Turn EVERY exercise into an assessment. Look for left/right asymmetries and movement compensations with every repetition.
Tip: Switch from bilateral to unilateral strength training. Why not have equal strength on both sides of the body? 1-Arm or 1-Leg at a time.
CNS, PNS, & Proprioceptors ... Train them to function correctly, and your muscles will integrate harmoniously like a finely tuned orchestra.
True fitness wisdom begins with understanding the interconnectedness of the connective tissue (fascia) matrix. The body is a single unit.
