#WarOnPlastics Unfortunately recycling is moot. Of the 9% that gets downcycled it can only happen once or twice before being dumped/burned with the rest. We have to stop producing it in the first place. I get so angry about the pervasiveness of plastic. 😠

@PhilipGHarris ...constructive way, against seeing what the rest of the world is capable of and feeling crushed by the enormity of it. Without social media I am more constructive, concentrated and positive about my work and learning; not depressed by it! Does that make sense?

@PhilipGHarris Imposter syndrome is a big part of this, but what I am finding detrimental is the constant bombardment of information from social media that tends to sow seeds of self doubt that wouldn't otherwise be there.

I have to force myself to remember that the posts I am reading are from hundreds of individual people with their own individual skillsets. They don't each know every aspect of the industry. And I don't have to either. I just have to find my space and fill it with things I enjoy..
