Child killer Kwin Boes, getting punched in the face after killing his 11-week-old son Parker, who died having suffered a blunt force trauma to the head. Kwin Boes from Patoka, Indiana, was arrested in May 2018 after his 11-week-old son Parker died of head trauma. Initially, Boes asserted he was asleep when the head injury occurred and only became aware of the problem upon waking up. He stated that the baby had slipped out of his nursing pillow and fallen to the floor. However, medical professionals confirmed that the child's head trauma could not have resulted from an accident. Boes eventually admitted guilt and pleaded guilty to a level-two felony charge of domestic battery resulting in death. The attacker seen in the video was Jeremiah "Matt" Hartley, the baby's uncle. In July 2019 Boes was sentenced to 25 years, with 19 years in prison and six on work release as part of a plea deal.

It was around 7:30 p.m. on April 17, 2013. Derrick Hurtt had just picked up his then 12-year-old daughter, Khloey, from their church in West, when they spotted a rising plume of dark smoke, and went to check it out. The pair drove into a lot off Reagan Street, and Hurtt started recording on his iPhone. The massive fire at the West Fertilizer plant, on the other side of the train tracks, was only about 120 yards away. Hurtt says, "I told her we might get an explosion on video."

āParker was such a sweetheart. He smiled all the time. He was just a happy baby. He wasnāt even three months old yet,ā said Lisa Hartley, Hartleyās mother and Parkerās grandmother. Lisa Hartley told WEVV she didnāt have any idea her son was planning to attack Boes. āThat really upset him just to see him come out,ā she said. āI donāt know if he heard how much time he got or if he was just upset about his nephew. This is a horrible crime.ā Hartley faced the same judge that sentenced Boes. He was given 179 days in jail for contempt and faces misdemeanor battery charges from the state, WEVV reported.

@Morbidful Cops were doing their job but I wish one of them would have accidentally dropped a night stick near the uncle just before this video.
