@OVOEnergy Hi Erika Thanks for your reply. TopCashBack have laid the blame for the delay in payment of the cashback directly to the network, ie OVO who have not verified the cashback. I’ll add TCB latest correspondence.

@OVOEnergy @Stephen69327340 Sadly I wouldn’t waste your time! I’ve been waiting 9 months to get them to reconnect to their own meter they fitted when I previously had my energy contract with them. Also still awaiting the cashback amount via TopCashBack for taking out an OVO energy contract 9 months ago too.

@EONhelp I’m trying to provide readings for my upcoming bill however I am unable to enter an electricity reading on the eon app or website as the previous electric reading is missing. This causes my new reading entered to be rejected. Can someone assist please. Thanks Jean C

@HughFW Whilst sat waiting for a prescription in my medical centre’s chemist, I picked up and was reading a NHS leaflet on Type 2 diabetes. Imagine my dismay when I spotted the following soft drinks fridge in the chemist. Surely chemists should be encouraging healthy drinks!

@AskBankOfScot Im filling a DD instruction out for a Scottish Widows saver account. This requires the address of the Bank of Scotland. Usually its just a head office address I think is used. Thanks
