@YorkshireWP Hello? Can you come back to us on my message from the 21st please? I.e. Yes, "continue", but the issue is you can only add one type of ticket, not adults *and* children. Please check your G4 setup to see the issue. I can also share a screen recording

@YorkshireWP Yes, correct. But when you select "add additional coupons" it only shows Adult, if you start with an Adult voucher. You cannot redeem more than one "type" of voucher. Suggest you check your own website first and see ?

@YorkshireWP Hi, it wont let us rebook both the adult and child tickets. After selecting adult, it only lets you add more adult tickets. If start selecting child, it only lets you add more child tickets ? This is a bit of a farce, can someone call us please so we can get it sorted quicker?
