the autonomy stack that scaled in automotive is now becoming relevant for business operations. moving from assisted detection to high autonomy requires the same kind of grounded models that made conditional and high autonomy possible in driving. without that physical understanding, you stay stuck at alerts and supervised tasks. that’s the gap we're going to close.

this short clip is a big moment for us. we generated it with our world-model baseline, marking a first tangible step in our journey from computer vision toward spatial intelligence. recognizing an aisle is familiar territory. generating what that place could look like as a camera moves through it opens a different set of possibilities. we supplied one AI-generated store image and a camera path and our baseline, produced 49 frames at 512×512, alongside an estimate of the visible 3D surfaces. artifacts are obvious. unseen views are predictions, and reliable physical simulation remains ahead of us. but seeing this first walkthrough emerge from our own pipeline feels amazing. it’s a glimpse of what we’re building toward: worlds we can explore, layouts we can test, and environments where cameras and robots can learn before deployment. imagine where miners will take this.

not sure it's X vs Y, but we've made the decision to focus on WM/WAM VLAs are quite trivial to train and would anyway benefit from having access to better WMs
first multiview frames fresh out of the oven. they look weird but i’m amazed anyway. a few images became a digital world. geometry and memory at the core. diffusion is one component. the ambition: free viewpoint, consistent appearance across views, controllable camera motion, next-state prediction, and physical dynamics that stay consistent.
