@EmmaSleepTech I ordered a mattress from you a month ago as I’m about to move house in a weeks time. That hasn’t arrived. I spoke to the online chat bot last week who tried to reship my mattress and there’s still no updated delivery date. I’d love to have something to sleep on!

@TfL do I have to prove with a certificate that I have a medical exemption and therefore don’t have to wear a mask? I tried to get on a bus this afternoon and was denied access on these grounds.

@TfL It was the 211 towards hammersmith, date 10/10/2020 and time around 4 (sorry to not be more precise) and the stop was stop D on Westminster bridge Road

@TfL If this is the case, why was I asked for a certificate as evidence of a medical condition from a bus driver? And then when I didn’t have one was denied travel? Not all of us can afford to have cars in London and so have to travel on public transport

@RoyalMail a package of mine has been sitting in your Woodbridge depot and was supposed to be delivered to me on the 6th April. I completely understand that things are delayed because of the virus but I would quite like my package. Any info/help would be appreciated. Thanks.

@DHLParcelUK I don’t think me giving you my shipment numbers and full delivery address is going to help this issue. This is about your careless drivers who think it’s acceptable not to deliver packages and parcels properly and leave them in a place where someone driving by could nick them.
