Spider-Man Noir has been canceled after just one season, and it really shows what's wrong with modern TV shows. It wasn't a masterpiece, but it was entertaining, had good viewership, strong reviews from critics and audiences, and plenty of Emmy nominations. I think the biggest problem is the binge-release model. Dropping every episode at once means people watch it, enjoy it, and then quickly move on. Meanwhile, shows like Lanterns release weekly, dominating the news cycle and online conversations for weeks while building momentum and attracting new viewers. Every new episode of Lanterns has premiered to more viewers than the previous one. Spider-Man Noir didn't even get a chance to find its audience.

In Avengers: Endgame, when Hulk was in the restaurant eating, we know he orders way too much food because a regular meal doesn't fill him up. However, if you pay attention, every time he's about to take a bite, you never actually see how he opens his mouth to eat. The shot always changes. Even when the scene doesn't cut, a character suddenly appears and blocks the view of Hulk eating. You might think it was just a coincidence that we couldn't see him eating, but the directors actually did it that way because it was too complicated to animate.

IRON MAN VS. HEIMDALL: THE FIGHT WE NEVER GOT In Avengers: Endgame, Tony Stark and Thor were originally going to go to Asgard together. In the final movie, Tony goes to the 2012 Battle of New York with Steve and Scott. But the early plan was to send Tony to Asgard in 2013 with Thor, allowing multiple Stones to be targeted in one location. This would also have given us a completely different combination of technology and magic. But the idea was eventually canceled. And the next part of the storyline was even crazier. We were going to get Iron Man vs. Heimdall during the sequence. Tony would use a new stealth Iron Man armor to infiltrate Asgard that could make him invisible. The plan worked until Heimdall showed up, because he can literally see everyone. Tony's invisibility wouldn't work against him, turning the situation into Iron Man vs. Heimdall. Imagine Robert Downey Jr. vs. Idris Elba in the MCU. That would have been completely insane. But the alternate Asgard mission was removed, and Tony was sent to the Battle of New York instead.

FOX FAILED CYCLOPS. THE MCU CAN FIX IT. Cyclops' live-action origin has changed several times. In 2000's X-Men, he was already on the team and spent the next films playing second fiddle to Wolverine. X-Men Origins: Wolverine explored Scott as a terrified teenager, but pushed him aside again. X-Men: Apocalypse gave him a fresh start, though Dark Phoenix's time jump made his past less important. Marvel Studios can finally fix that. Scott, played by Kit Connor, shouldn't begin as one of Xavier's students. Starting under Driver's villain would make his suffering and captivity more meaningful. Xavier's students, potentially including Jean Grey, could then rescue Scott and other captive mutants. The second act could focus on Scott adjusting to his new home and meeting Rogue and Storm. Both know what difficult upbringings are like, helping Scott open up and understand himself as a hero. This would set up a third act where he confronts Sinister, the villain who harmed him. By leading the fight against Sinister, Cyclops could finally become the leader of the X-Men. Fox never gave Scott enough personal stakes in his battles, and that needs to change. Cyclops is one of Marvel's most important mutants. As the Mutant Saga begins, Marvel should treat him that way by making this small origin change that could make a huge difference.

Elizabeth Olsen’s stunt double and Jeremy Renner recently posted Instagram Stories that made us think both of them might be returning for Avengers: Doomsday or Secret Wars. But it turns out those Stories were actually related to Endgame Encore.
