@mdellero @qatarairways I was taken off the flight at the gate after they checked me in, etc. They said my outbound ticket wasnt valid, then next morning another team said it was ok and that i didnt show that ticket the night before. They said i can get on the next flight for a fee.

Your company continue to refuse to provide it after 12 months of me chasing a resolution for a Data Protection breech following on from my luggage being assigned &sent to another passenger. 12 months & my emails are ignored

This here is the start of a lesson on how not to treat customers by @qatarairways! 23 of us on Flight QR24 (23/02/24) missed our connecting flight from Doha due a delay experienced In Manchester! Missed connections happen all the time but it’s how you treat customers thereafter

Horrible service from @qatarairways at Doha. My family’s flight from Mumbai (QR4791) was delayed, and the airline staff at Doha airport is not able to help the passengers rebook! Stuck for 5 hours and counting without adequate support or answers. @CAAQATAR, @JM_Scindia pls help

Hi @qatarairways could you please confirm the availability of prayer room/Mussallah at @HIAQatar i will be travelling to Jeddah (transit Doha for 4 hours). Is there any option to change into Ihram at Doha Airport, and where is that? I m leaving for Umrah in first week of March'24

Never travel with @qatarairways. The ground staff had no sympathy and no customer support and threatened me. I had a stopover at #DOHA and arrived at the boarding gates before the gates closed. The ground team didn't let me on the bus and the flight departed. Please share 🙏

@qrsupport It's fine. I cancelled my flight . But @qatarairways please make sure you guys refund my money on time just like you debited 👀 for the ticket. Cause, I'm seeing some negative feedback on refund as well. Please, process at the earliest possible🤝.
