@ShopifySupport Hi, the site is just standard shopify plus with discount codes enabled - I was able to use tag manager to send it previously fine. It seems like the new GA4 integration doesn't do this. There's an example on this page which is "socksSale": developers.google.com/analytics/devg…

@ShopifySupport It would be helpful if you could ask the TT eam to confirm that the "coupon" parameter is definitely being collected and passed to GA4 please.
@ShopifySupport It's not really a Google issue, it was working fine when I was sending the coupon parameters manually. It looks like the new integration simply isn't collecting and passing the parameter. Likely a big issue if it's the case across all Shopify sites using the new method.
@ShopifySupport Here's a screenshot of the report - usually the actual discount code used would appear in the "Order Coupon" column.
@ShopifySupport Yes, it's a standard report in GA4, however the "order coupon" parameter doesn't appear to be sent. (I had it working previously, but since changing to the native integration that data isn't populating. You can see the parameter docs here: developers.google.com/analytics/devg…
