Micheál Martin has lost both the democratic and moral authority to lead Fianna Fáil. He should be removed immediately. @MichealMartinTD has never been able to get a majority of @fiannafailparty TDs to support his radical views on abortion. As a result in 2018 he sidestepped democracy within his own party. Now he has done so again, backing a hard left Sinn Féin proposal to remove one of the few legal protections left for unborn girls and boys in Ireland. A very clear majority of government TDs were against the measure and therefore Martin manipulated the situation to side with the entire rainbow of hard left parties to create a majority to pass the bill at its second stage. The lines are now clear. There is a 2:1 majority against Martin in Fianna Fáil now. The majority should move to remove him from the leadership immediately.
