Welp. That’s officially a rap for the Zach Wilson era here in NY. Was he great? Nope. Did he show flashes of EVERYTHING necessary to be a success in todays NFL? Sure did. Kid was the victim of one of the worst O Lines I’d ever seen. A DC for a Head Coach who could offer him nothing by way of coaching, so he was left to be molded by Nate Hackett, and LaFleur. And multiple offensive systems in his short time. Nobody would’ve thrived. Anyways, I wish him well going forward. Unless he’s playing the teams I root for. Seems like a nice kid, works super hard, etc.
@Mann_O_Steel17 Agreed! I would have liked for him to sit a year behind Aaron
@Mann_O_Steel17 He was dealt a bad hand- they botched his development every way possible. Started him as a rookie with a green HC and green OC and limited college games. Then labeled ‘23 a watch and learn year only to make him the starter in week 1 after Rodgers was hurt.
@Mann_O_Steel17 Man this is a great situation for him - I’ve been shipping him to this team since the end of the season @Ferraro41 - Payton played this low and slow and got him
@Mann_O_Steel17 You're going to get attacked for having a positive spin on his time here... I agree with you, but the carnage is sure to follow.. 😆
@Mann_O_Steel17 Flacco did good , Mike white did good .. why did Zach do bad again ?
