@alexstyl @riggaroo Here are few examples, along with rest of the documentation. It should ideally make it easier to customize and build components. There are also performance benefits as well to styles approach, since they run at layout and draw phase. developer.android.com/develop/ui/com…
note the performance measurements are tested on android device it would be really helpful if you guys could suggest some tools for testing and improving performance for multiplatform.
