#ThankyouThursday this week goes to ward 15 @DewsHospital ⭐️ Our team recently met a relative who wanted to share her positive experience of the care provided to her mother, who also had dementia. Staff took time to communicate with them both and keep them in the loop. Thank you!
Today, we’d like to do a #WelcomeWednesday to our team lead, Caroline! Caroline is a Physio by background with lots of experience, including LD and older people’s MH. We are super excited to have her join our team and know she’ll support positive change for staff and patients!⭐️
