Based upon this exchange, the @SECGov reached-out to my office to inform me that this is currently under investigation. I proudly joined my colleagues in demanding MMTLP transparency back in 2023 and I thank the Trump admin–SEC for fighting to ensure that this issue is resolved.

In the mood to play today... I know nothing but I believe the following. Not financial advice and do what is right for you and do your own investigating. Don't listen to anyone else. 1) If you are in AST or Broker held in street name you are $MMTLP NBH shareholder. No different classes of shares. 2) If you are in AST and a distribution event happens, you'll get paid directly via AST. Brokers will be given a allocation amount based on their share count in DTCC. If they hold MORE then their allocations, they will need to pay off the difference. 3) AST is not a broker. Any trading will require the transfer from AST to brokers. There is no rule that forces a broker to accept every transfer. Brokers have internal risk and custody policies. They are required to follow SEC and clearing rules but they are not required to custody every security. 4) Any broker issues are subject to arbitration. We know how that goes. And if you are in AST, you got your 1-1 NBH exchange. 5) Brokers are still waiting for instructions from @Finra @SECGov on how to settle the oversold positions. Hense why we have these liability cusips. Brokers won't do anything unless directed or forced. And regulator's are fighting against transparency and are blocking NBH with funding future growth. We are still frozen in crime.

If your shares have been registered in book entry with AST, what more is it that you're expecting? The broker has fulfilled the obligation, and you are a bona fide NBH shareholder. When or if AST is full, brokers must buy back the overage beyond the 165,472,241 from MMTLP. The

@MetaGuyMarduk There is no debate on AST. Some of us cannot transfer. I doubt highly that NBH would penalize those of us shareholders that cannot transfer, as that would put NBH in a very precarious situation.

The Financial Information Forum (FIF) is a place where financial entities can have their concerns heard by the @SECGov. Due to an abundance of unchecked manipulation, followed by the U3 halt of $MMTLP, many of these entities including @TradeStation found themselves in a bind due to the proposed subscription rights S-1 from Next Bridge Hydrocarbons. But after multiple meetings with the SEC, the SEC found a reason to get Next Bridge to withdraw the request! Investors have sent thousands of letters/complaints through the official channels but the SEC is yet to formally address MMTLP.
