Let's get real. You will go farther with someone on your side who tells you the truth about yourself than trying to just go solo and "figure it out." Never lie to yourself is great advice, but it is much easier said than done unless you have a mentor, advisor, or coach.
Momentum starts when you stop feeding the problem more than the solution. If you want practical mindset shifts like this and techniques for shifting, follow me. That’s what I share here. Like and repost the first post of this thread if you got something that helps.
The shift is simple, but not easy: Invest 90% of your energy, focus, thoughts, and emotion into the solution. Let the problem have only 10% of your emotional bandwidth. How do you flip the switch? 🧵
