Google adjusting their computational photography to reduce overexposure and desaturation of darker skin tones in photos: Underrated. I promise you this would help every single smartphone camera I've ever shot with.

@MKBHD What exactly are they doing and how? AI detection of people and adapting exposure? How do they tell darker skin with plenty of light from brighter skin with less light?
@MKBHD I’ve been thinking someone should do this for years, and then I started hoping they wouldn’t get to it before I could just do it myself…. Lol 😂 Back to the drawing board!
@MKBHD Have you ever checked out the history of how the color science for photo development was developed? Skintone payed a huge role and its been decades of trying to correct the errors. Would love to see a video from you on this.
