معرکہ حق کے دوران کمسن مجاہد ارتضیٰ عباس شہید کی عزم و ہمت کی لازوال داستان معرکہ حق میں لائن آف کنٹرول کے باہمت مکینوں نے بھارت کی روایتی بلا اشتعال کاروائیوں کا جواں مردی سے مقابلہ کیا معرکہ حق کے دوران بھارت نے سفاکی اور جنگی جنون میں آکر مقامی آبادیوں کو نشانہ بنانے کی مذموم روش برقرار رکھی جس میں بہت سے کمسن بچوں نے بھی جامِ شہادت نوش کیا انہی کمسن مجاہد بچوں میں کمسن مجاہد ارتضیٰ عباس بھی شہادت کے عظیم مرتبہ پر فائز ہوئے ارتضیٰ عباس کی شہادت کے وقت ان کے والد، لیفٹیننٹ کرنل ظہیر عباس، لائن آف کنٹرول پر دشمن سے نبردآزما تھے کمسن بیٹے کی شہادت کے باوجود اُن کے والد فرض کی ادائیگی اور محاذِجنگ پر دشمن کو بھرپور جواب دینے میں کامیاب رہے ارتضیٰ عباس کی ولولہ انگیز قربانی لائن آف کنٹرول کے بہادر پاکستانیوں کی وطن سے محبت اور جوانمردی کی عکاس ہے معرکہ حق میں جرأت کے نشان کمسن مجاہد ارتضیٰ عباس کی شہادت نے قوم کا سر فخر سے بلند کر دیا دشمن کی بزدلانہ کاروائیاں لائن آف کنٹرول کے مکینوں کا جذبۂ حب الوطنی اور بڑھاتی ہیں بلا شبہ پوری قوم افواج پاکستان کے شانہ بشانہ مکار دشمن کی مذموم سازشوں کے سامنے سیسہ پلائی دیوار بنی رہے گی
