@aliDasDnD I told the player their character had a heart attack and died and he had to make a new one. In all fairness, he did try to kill the party in the first five minutes of introducing the new character.

@Kalandras_ I actually removed dying from Fairy Fights and it works wonderfully. You don't even have to have consequences for losing a combat other than "you wake up really sore and you failed to do X, move on with the story." I try to leave character death in the hands of the players
