Remember when you’re getting pre-qualified for a property by your mortgage lender, what amount you qualify for will likely be for a SINGLE family. If your goal is a multi-unit you will likely qualify for more because of the rent you’ll get from other the units.
Be sure to tell your mortgage lender your goal is to buy units. You’ll qualify for more this way. BUT the lender will need to qualify you on a PROPERTY-SPECIFIC basis, meaning based on the rent that the duplex, triplex etc is generating. They’ll tell you if you qualify💯

People delay doing things they don’t like longer than it takes to do them.
Most people underestimate the things they have to say no to when building. Everything you say yes to is saying no to the thing you say you want most. So you have to say no until it hurts. Then say no some more. So you can take one yes all the way.
The only businesses that have no problems are dead businesses. Dont wish for your problems to be gone because your business will be too.
No one tells the story of the hero where everything worked the first time. The harder the hardship the more epic the story.
