For an established 5yr old charity that is run solely by volunteers & receives contributions from ALL participants it's so frustrating that yet again we don't meet the criteria for funding from a major organisation. That's 3 rejections this year!

When I was at my worst - depressed/anxious/psychotic/suicidal - life was awful. Stuck in a loop. I knew there was power in connection, with others yes, but mostly with myself. I've never stopped working at it. It's hard, but 2.30pm, roast, with my little family. It's so worth it.
