No enquiries for Madeline at all 😢 she’s still waiting for a home. We cover the whole of Scotland, can you please share? Madeline is looking for a new home with someone who doesn’t live close to any main roads, or a train station! 🚂 She found a new home last year but really likes to wander and has managed to get on a train a couple of times now. Thankfully the driver has kept her in his cab and taken her back to where she got on, however going forward and for her own safety, this can’t continue. Madeline is 6 years old. She is an outdoor cat and likes to get outside. She is fit and healthy with no issues. Madeline is use to living alongside another cat however they tend to just ignore each other. She doesn’t have any experience with dogs. A home with older kids would be okay. Madeline is chipped and spayed. We’d really like to find her a home away from any main roads and transport links, such as train stations or bus stations. Possibly a farm setting - we would highly consider this for her own happiness and safety. TheTelegraph sums up the strength of feeling about swifts & the Network Rail swift saga is a lens to see the entire problem - of loss of nesting habitat. Until this government takes securing national scale nesting habitat seriously, these birds will continue to decline #swifts

.@networkrail #swifts are officially listed on the UK Red List of #Conservation Concern, due to catastrophic population decline of over 60% in last 25 years. Why is your company contributing to this decline by refusing to unblock nesting sites at Milton Viaduct?

@bt_uk Update, I spent another 35 mins on the phone, your guide changed the date, today it's defaulted back and you are still switching tomorrow. Awful service, and I'm a new customer !

@bt_uk There shouldn't be any confusion, I've changed it on the ap, repeatedly, I've been on the phone to your guide for 30 minutes, I don't have time time to spend half an hour on the phone again. Why put the option on the ap to amend it if you don't actually do it?

@bt_uk I'm switching my broadband to you, four times I've changed the switch date on the ap and it defaults back. I spent 35 mins on the phone to you last night and was assured It had been changed. The ap STILL showing the original date? Thanks
