@CourtsIdle @CEOofHMCTS In the meantime we get criticised when correspondence and telephones aren't answered. @CEOofHMCTS your teams need support and for YOU to take action instead of just sitting in your fancy pants office whilst the rest of us are in shitty, leaky, crumbling buildings/ death traps.

@CourtsIdle @CEOofHMCTS Admin numbers continue to be chipped away at because @CEOofHMCTS has no idea that CP is not bringing the savings it promised. In the meantime our admin teams are overworked and under resourced. If usher numbers were high enough, they could support, but we don't have that luxury.

@Counsel2Council @CourtsIdle I suppose it will reduce the pressure on the Recorder pool ever so slightly, meaning Recorders can go back into the barrister pool. I wouldn't have thought the impact would be huge but it might make a small difference.

@CourtsIdle I'm too far down the food chain to know about this but it may explain why the senior managers in @CEOofHMCTS are the way they are. Some of their behaviours are far from inspiring and do nothing but put pressure on those trying to keep the system running. Roll on strike action!

@Portal_Queen @IanBeeby Listing is a Judicial function and the Judge made an order. I would have advised you to comply with that. Unfortunately some staff, while very well meaning don't always get what's going on out there or they think they know best...

Perhaps YOU and @CEOofHMCTS could access Common Platform on there and have a virtual test of how unfit for purpose it is whilst the rest of us deal with the reality!!

@judge_cool I sound like a broken record but it took me 30 minutes to list two cases correctly today. On Xhibit would take less than 3 minutes. Such efficiency savings!!

@moodybarrister @TheCriminalBar I had four courts without ushers today and two courts without a clerk. Never had it as bad as it is now. There are recruitment campaigns but they're too little too late and no one wants to work for a pittance especially in poor and stressful working conditions! >> @CEOofHMCTS
