It is NOT China that is deindustrializing Germany. It is Germany itself. Of course China is taking the opportunity to expand its industries, but Germany is the one on the driver seat. In 2024, a Chinese official told me, "we love the German greens. They are committing energy and industrial suicide, this is so good for our industries." Germany has the world most stupid energy policy, and still insists on it despite of its obvious failures. No other country but Germany itself is responsible for this biggest driver of de-industrialization in the country.

428k dislikes. This is the most embarrassing moment of Chris Nolan’s career. He will be remembered as a weak man who bowed to a dying, immoral agenda. Woke Hollywood is dead.

This statement is arguably rather accurate. I don’t know where The Odyssey box office will land (it needs about $800M at retail to break even) but the creative decisions on this movie were largely (if not entirely) politically charged and built deeply for Oscar bait, Not authenticity or audiences. The next 30 days will tell the tale. What is almost certain is that Nolan did not make the best choices or his best effort.

The big fallacy here (and believed by many Europeans) is implying we need degrowth to fix climate change But degrowth is likely just masked foreign sabotage of our societies to make us poor and dumb You can install AC + fix climate change + avoid tens of thousands of Europeans every year dying from heat in other ways like: - changing to clean energy sources: solar, wind, batteries and nuclear (yes nuclear!), so the AC you use comes from clean energy - carbon sequestration or similar tech to remove the emissions already out there - improved production technologies so you emit less or no emissions None of that means you do not need AC, and none of that means you need less GDP growth, that's a psyop!

Fascinating. Messi earns around $1.5 million *per week* from football + football-related commercial deals. Who do you think builds the stadiums he plays in? Makes the kits he sells? Mans the cameras which broadcast his "product" to the world? Cleans the dressing room he changes in? Makes the food supporters buy in the stadium? Brews the beer fans buy in the stadium? Sells the beer fans buy in the stadium? Cuts the grass he plays on? Makes the boots he wears and the millions of replica boots he sells? All of these people's labour goes into making him $1.5 million a week. What do you think the ratio of his weekly earnings is to those people? He earns around $80 million a year from football alone which is approximately 5 times the average top 500 US CEO so by your logic he is FAR more "exploitative" than they are. I have stepped outside and they have threatened me because I tweeted about a councillor banning seating outside pubs in Chiswick. They admit on video (watch it!) that I did not break the law at all.
