Fully intact male rapists and murderers are imprisoned in women's prisons because they've said they are women. The work of making Royce White a valid trans women is the work of the last two decades of the transgender movement. That was literally the explicit aim of the movement, now accomplished. It is what trans activist and their allies in parliaments across Europe have worked feverishly to make a human rights violation to deny. A man every bit as masculine as Royce White obtained a $100K+ judgment in an Australian court because a woman-only app denied him entry.
