@LeoSpalteholz Good point, but I might quibble with 3% being high enough to be healthy. I see the 5% figure tossed around more often in the states - would be nice to raise our performance vs dropping our standards.

@LeoSpalteholz At least now there is a possibility I will visit relatives in Kelowna again. I won't vacation some where that I can't rent a house or condo. Doing it long before airbnb. Wonder how tourist places like Kelowna or Victoria will do in the coming tourist season?
