and if ppl want to argue that “severe trauma” isn’t needed to form DID ?? then i’m gonna play trauma olympics with y’all LMFAO. it’s OKAY to say that Some Experiences Are Worse Than Others!!! and that’s NOT saying “this other experience isn’t valid” !!

“hot take” - you DO actually need severe trauma to develop something like DID. this is not a typical disorder. there are certain things that NEED to happen in childhood for this disorder to develop. it is by NO means a “default” or “normal” response to trauma #systwt #did
