@trdonoghue1 @adamjohnsonNYC Most people aren’t lawyers. Buttigieg knows that. It’s very unclear to the layman that Tentative Agreement in this case means “overruling the members vote” and forcing them into a contract only agreed upon by the Union leadership in earlier negotiations
