@Pure_PS ace combat 8 and star wars galactic racer are both fully on-disc on ps5. it's actually really easy to do when the developer gives the slightest fuck about their customers, unlike sony.

@ShirouGaGotoku 7's is more immediately striking, but i think both versions of 8's go hard when you know the context behind them

@Iphoniez @InveighYT the PSM demons you see posting their clips on here could probably still manage it, but i never bothered learning any techniques more advanced than what AC04 teaches you in the tutorial lol

@Iphoniez @InveighYT i was trying to clear the full game on veteran using exclusively full squadrons of the F18C (aside from mission 14), i made it all the way to mission 26 before the game finally got hard enough to make me switch, and only because i needed more special ammo

@Daily_SWGames impossible, ive been told repeatedly by people who havent bought a physical game in 15 years that game discs don't have the game on them anymore.

Ex-PlayStation boss Shawn Layden chimed in on Sony’s plan to end physical media stating “I don't agree with that decision”🚀 While Layden understands the convenience of digital games, he insists that even if 80% of people download games and 20% buy them physically, the 20% is “super important” He added that these are the most “faithful of the faithful” players, who even buy multiple copies of a game to add to their collections🫡 Source: The Expansion Pass podcast ___________ Huge respect to Shawn Layden for having a full understanding of gamers and the importance of physical media, and that it’s not about whether digital or physical has the bigger percentage, but rather honoring the options and wishes of the most loyal, in addition to the many other benefits of physical media. I would do anything to have gave back as a CEO of PlayStation alongside Shuhei Yoshida, both of whom have demonstrated their passion for gaming and great understanding of gaming culture, and both of whom made Sony flourish under their influence and wisdom💿

on one hand, it's sad to think that this is probably the last console game i'll ever buy if sony has their way, but on the other hand, at least my backlog isn't gonna get any bigger than it already is
