@AlaskaAir I switched from Delta to Alaska this year, and am regretting it. Your call center is 3 hours wait time and chat has been loading for an hour. I have a simple query but after a week I cannot get in touch with you. Debating switching my 8 Alaska flights back to Delta.

@VirginAtlantic hey Team, VS105 - excruciatingly dirty plane, armrest broken, window filthy with forehead marks, screen had a huge boogie on it, the window shade button was completely missing and your wing could do with a lick of paint. Not great for Premium.

@nationalexpress Hi Team, How does the Change and Go add on work? Do I need to call to activate it in advance ‘just in case’ I need it, and assuming there’s seats on the bus I need to delay to, do I just board or do I have to call to rebook?

@nationalexpress Thanks, team. I won’t have cell service in the UK as I’m coming in from overseas. So, just to confirm, even if there are seats available on the earlier / later bus, we still have to call to amend? How do you do it without a cell service?

@ChaseSupport trying to book a hotel on Chase Ultimate Rewards. Website keeps crashing - tried two devices, two browsers… I hit next to see more hotels and the page logs out to the Chase homepage
