What's one thing you wish you knew before you started building?
Product market fit is one of the most talked about things in startups. And one of the least explained. Here's the simple version. Product market fit means you've found a group of people who desperately need what you built. Not people who think it's cool. Not people who say "I might use this." People who would be genuinely upset if you shut it down tomorrow. You'll know you have it when: • People are using it without you pushing them • They're telling friends without you asking • They're paying without negotiating • Support requests are about missing features not broken things Before product market fit, everything feels like pushing a boulder uphill. After it, the product starts pulling itself forward. Most founders give up right before they find it. How do you know if you have product market fit?
