Being in Scotland reading the anti #juniordoctor propaganda whilst doing extra ICU nights (because our rota is short) being paid a (not BMA) locum rate which I’ll use to pay for my essential post grad exams without which I won’t be allowed to continue in my training is a mood.

I was 7 when the Good Friday agreement was signed making me just about old enough to remember soldiers, road blocks, bombs & some of life in pre ‘98 NI. Not saying it’s perfect but the GFA changed N.I’s & mine & every child since futures for the better. I’m glad they chose peace.

@CorrMP I was teaching back at uni today and I walked into the room and thought “oh dear I thought I was teaching 4th years not freshets..” turns out they were 4th years and we are just that old now.
@FredaNewlands It’s been wonderful! Still have to get our dumfries reunion sorted if I ever get through these exams!
At the end of a stinker of a January this holiday has been good indeed.
