My nephew when he was little went running through the church. His mom told him, “Don’t run. This is God’s house.” My nephew looked around at the old carpet and holes in the ceiling and said, “God should move.”
My youngest said, “When I’m a senior, I’m probably going to have to cook for you.” “Why is that?” “Because you’re going to be so old!” When we all laughed he amended, “But you won’t look old!” 😂

I put on shoes that I hadn't worn in a while. As I was walking outside to the van I kept noticing these black chunks on the ground. They were following me! Actually my shoes felt strange. I bent down for a closer look to find the bottoms of my shoes were falling off in chunks.😂

Look closely. It’s alive!! This is my youngest’s Venus Flytrap. It has been three months in the making. Had to document before I kill it, because try as I might I cannot keep plants alive. They hate me. Death is better than me.
In Creative Writing class, we brainstormed:Thin as a ______. I told the kids I was so thin when I was young, I had heard it all. ”Like what?” I said, “They used to say I was so skinny I had to run around in the shower to get wet.” They thought that was so hilarious. 😭😂

In the Costco check out line, I kept noticing checkers every once in a while would ring a bell and then other employees would shout, “Woo!” I entertained myself watching this for the long wait. Finally, somewhere down the store aways a checker rang the bell, but no one wooed…

At the sandwich place. Jason: We got free chips, kids, so go get your chips! Me: Free!!! Chips! Come on let’s get our chips. (Happy dancing to the chip counter) Jason sits down. Looks around puzzled: Three chips. I bought THREE chips. Me: Ohhhhh I thought you said FREE chips.
A man chatted with me at the doctors’s office. He told me, “I’m 54 and not one gray hair!” Except…he was completely bald. I couldn’t see one hair on his head. I didn’t know if that was supposed to be funny or not. I stupidly said something like, “ Oh wow! That’s great!” 🤷♀️😂

In Creative Writing class, we brainstormed:Thin as a ______. I told the kids I was so thin when I was young, I had heard it all. ”Like what?” I said, “They used to say I was so skinny I had to run around in the shower to get wet.” They thought that was so hilarious. 😭😂
Look closely. It’s alive!! This is my youngest’s Venus Flytrap. It has been three months in the making. Had to document before I kill it, because try as I might I cannot keep plants alive. They hate me. Death is better than me.
I put on shoes that I hadn't worn in a while. As I was walking outside to the van I kept noticing these black chunks on the ground. They were following me! Actually my shoes felt strange. I bent down for a closer look to find the bottoms of my shoes were falling off in chunks.😂
To whom it may concern: When you are in that cushy seat behind the steering wheel, you are not alone. People can see you. I repeat; people CAN see you picking your nose. Thought you should know. Thanks for the laugh anyway!
My youngest said, “When I’m a senior, I’m probably going to have to cook for you.” “Why is that?” “Because you’re going to be so old!” When we all laughed he amended, “But you won’t look old!” 😂
My nephew when he was little went running through the church. His mom told him, “Don’t run. This is God’s house.” My nephew looked around at the old carpet and holes in the ceiling and said, “God should move.”
I try to act civilized in front of people that think they know me. 😉

"Mind your own business!" Did you know it's Biblical? 1 Thessalonians 4:11 "and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet life and attend to your own business and work with your hands" I don't know why, but I got a real kick out of this this week. lol
