I think Darren Raddysh (#GoBolts) deserves a 4-5 year, $7.75-8.95m contract depending on cap. My problem is: he’s 30, and he wants 6-8 years. Imagine him at 35-38. Love the guy, but This reminds me of John Klingberg (#TexasHockey) wanting $7.0m after the great runs with Dallas.

@the_habitant I am 43 I watched basically every major level of hockey after Howe’s. Gretzky isn’t the best, it’s Mario. I’d even consider McDavid and Crosby. Ovechkin and anyone else no. HM: Jagr. Love the dude, truly excelled in multiple eras, the only one to ever do so in my books.

As a pro scout, very cautious on Gavin McKenna. Compared to Ivar, the ceiling is higher for McKenna, but the floor is much lower. I think McKenna could be a Nylander/Rantanen, or a Alexandre Daigle, and there’s no in between. Strenberg reminds of Reinhart/Marner #LeafsForever
