It has been an exciting day for this group of children and staff who set off from Newcastle Airport this morning, en-route to Delhi in India. They will be spending a week visiting our partner school there and fully immersing themselves in the culture of India’s capital city.🇮🇳
We had another very special Flourishing Friday with a super group of children. This week, they were chosen for flourishing in the first week of 2026. 💕

In Y3SC we have been thinking about question types as part of our new ‘Branching Databases’ computing unit of work.

1JW were using the BeeBots today to input commands, brilliant fun whilst learning.
In Year 1, we have been learning about giving robots commands in the first lesson of our new Computing unit about programming.
Y5MS have loved their new Mindful Minutes Journals! They are really looking forward to using these over the course of their time in Y5.
Some fabulous writing happening in Y5MS this morning. We have been using our expanded noun phrases to create a multi-sensory description linked to our new novel “Secrets of the Sun King”.
In Computing, Year 5 have been creating a paper-based database. Miss Jackson
