Ted Cruz: “Heidi and I are absolutely over the moon for the $6.4 billion Texas will receive for semiconductors because of the CHIPS Act.” Me: “But Senator, you and every other Republican in Congress voted AGAINST the CHIPS Act.” — crickets 🦗
Who else here is sick and tired of Republicans taking credit back home for things they vote against in Congress? 🖐🏾
@LakotaMan1 🙋🏾 They always voting against bills that can help the American people, however, when it’s finally pass (with no help from them), they’re right there to try and take credit or advantage of it! Their hypocrisy knows no bounds! 🤨🤬😤
@LakotaMan1 Always like seeing these people take credit for funding things in their districts, follow the money and it leads to a policy passed by Biden in which they voted against.
@LakotaMan1 Moscow Marg, Beetlejuice Boebert, & Cancun Cruz are all guilty of doing the exact same thing. Vote against bills, then take credit for helping them get passed in front of their constituents.
@LakotaMan1 @SenTedCruz You voted against it so you voted against Texas best interests.
@LakotaMan1 @bernade90919673 One suggestion please copy @SenTedCruz I believe we need to copy the folks we are calling out on our posts if we are able. Thank you for all the good you do @LakotaMan1
@LakotaMan1 Maybe if the states whose senators voted against perks like the CHIPS Act were excluded from receiving them, senators like Cruz would be voted out of office. That seems only fair.
