We observed the #CAR_T attacking cancer cells in our previous post in #3D. The #digital_staining object in red is comprised of a high #RI material found mostly in cancer cells and not CAR-T cells, thus allowing for digital differentiation with #labelfree. #holotomogram #Tomocube

Target cancer cell under attack by a #CAR_T cell, imaged #labelfree with #HT from @Tomocubeinc. Human #leukemia cells (#K562) were placed in a fluidic-chamber slide with media and CAR-T cells perfused through. HT can image moving cells clearly and rapidly (0.4 image/sec)
