Good Afternoon lifters, I have a question for you. Have you worked out today ? If so, how was training ? Okay, but we’re you intentional about it . You see, we can go lift in the gym , do the movements and leave. However , what makes us special is that we “train” not just lift.

Congratulations to the 74kg champ Taylor Atwood who totaled 838.5 kg (1848.9 lbs) at 163 lbs and @RusSwole who totaled 843 kg (1858 lbs) at 183 lbs! Cheers to more record breaking performances!
