32 years and 20 million albums later... congratulations to my brothers in the incredible @greenday on the anniversary of the release of their earthshaking, incomparable album "Dookie" this album has inspired generations of young people to pick up instruments and learn how to play and continues to do so year after year. This is the reason why it's one of the most important and influential albums of all time. It remains one of only 13 albums in American history to have sold over 20 million copies. And this one is an absolutely beautiful gift. From the band that is displayed proudly on my living room wall.. the band gave me two incredible gifts this year. This gorgeous plaque. Commemorating this historic achievement., and of course my first public appearance after nearly dying when they invited me to have the incredible honor of presenting them with their star in the Hollywood walk of fame I love my brothers in @greenday and today I celebrate this album with all of you and these amazing human beings who have had such an impact on my life. Rock And Roll is alive and well In every one of us.
