The moral of this is you are a poor provider that treats long time customers like nothing but profits. This could be free service for life and I would still tell you to get lost.
Do yourself a favor and take a page out of @googlefiber’s playbook. 4 months in, 0 outages or issues and transparent billing. Now remove me from your mailing list @MediacomCable
