When Trump's lawyer questioned a juror about Facebook posts, the former president reacted audibly and visibly. After she leaves, Justice Merchan angrily warns him via his lawyer: "I will not have any jurors intimidated in this courtroom. I want to make that crystal clear."
One of the posts appeared to show an outdoor celebration circa the 2020 election. "It's a full-on dance party at 96th St.," one of the captions said. The juror said the video reminded her of COVID-era "cheer" sessions of healthcare workers, in what she called a "New York City celebratory moment."
@KlasfeldReports Adam @KlasfeldReports he (or his posting proxy) has posted another intimidating post about Michael Cohen @MichaelCohen212 on truth social. Bragg just today filed for sanctions against Trump breaking gag
@KlasfeldReports Genuine question 🙋 If the judge suspects he’s under the influence of drugs can he order a drug test ?
@KlasfeldReports @gtconway3d Tfg thinks he’s still on the Apprentice and is itching to say “You’re fired.” LMAO 😜 🥴🔥
@KlasfeldReports Judge Merchan is running a kangaroo court.
@KlasfeldReports So he's allowed to get away with it! Why does Trump always get special treatment?
@KlasfeldReports According to this, it's now already happened so the judge's warning means doodly squat. Trump will keep doing it because he knows there will be ZERO consequences.
