I am a nobody chud screaming out to no-one but, in your average game it requires more than just vague possibility to make a champ pickable in global population play. Superficial things like pro-play and streamers are required for mages to be picked bot.

My mid laner that is auto filled. My 5 stack has 2 mid players and no ADCs, my mid picked trist and I wanna fill a comp gap, adc players (myself) who want more options and creative ways to play the lane (some of us like the lane because it's duo, not because of marksman).
